Welcome to QwiqVote.com! By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. QwiqVote reserves the right to update and change these terms without notice.

Accounts:

• To host events as an organizer, you must register your account and contact QwiqVote management to sign service agreement for account setup.
• As an event organizer, it's your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and password. QwiqVote is not liable for any failure to comply with security obligations.
• You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your dashboard.
• The Service should not be used for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Failure to comply with these agreements may result in service termination and penalties.

Payment Terms:

• When using Visa/MasterCard for voting, a valid credit card is required. You are only required to provide payment information when necessary.
• Payments are made to event organizers after completing the transaction through their preferred medium (e.g., Mobile Money, Bank transfers).
• All transactions on QwiqVote are final, and refund requests are subject to review.
• Fees include all applicable taxes, levies, or duties.

Refund:

Clients can applied for refund if the service requested are not delivered by QwiqVote. NB: refunds are subject to review and proved must be presented to ascertain the fact.

Termination:

QwiqVote reserves the right to terminate your account and deny services if there is suspicion of illegal activities or violation of our service terms.

Service and Price:

• Organizers have the right to determine the price for votes, with a minimum of prices at Ghc0.50p.
• QwiqVote may modify the minimum price at its discretion.
• Prices of all services are subject to change without notice.
• QwiqVote is not liable for any modifications or price changes.

Ownership:

All material submitted for voting purposes remains your intellectual property. QwiqVote has no ownership rights. If organizers choose to make their votes public, they consent to the general public viewing them.

QwiqVote retains all rights to the look of the QwiqVote website. You are prohibited from duplicating or cloning QwiqVote.com. However, you may use the site name and designs to promote the services provided by QwiqVote with permission.

Conditions:

• Modifying or hacking the Service or falsely implying association with QwiqVote is not allowed.
• You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from QwiqVote.
• QwiqVote does not guarantee that the service will meet specific requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• QwiqVote is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, unauthorized access to data, or actions of third parties.
• The failure to enforce any right or provision in the Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver.
• The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and QwiqVote, superseding any prior agreements.
• As an administrator, you agree to share voter information necessary for the voting process. QwiqVote will make reasonable efforts to safeguard and protect privacy as per the privacy policy.
